Im Auftrag der Arbeitsagentur und der umliegenden Kommunen, Schleswig-Flensburg und Nordfriesland bietet das WHP Wirtschaftszentrum Handwerk Plus berufsvorbereitende Maßnahmen für Schüler und Jugendliche, sowie Aktivierungsmaßnahmen für Jugendliche und Erwachsene.
Ebenfalls wird eine Migrationsberatung für Migranten und Flüchtlinge in Schleswig, Umgebung und Kappeln angeboten.
